Job summary

Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust is seeking a trainer to design, deliver and evaluate blended learning for staff, students and volunteers. The role blends instructional design, digital content, project management and training delivery within the Organisational Development Team.

You will work with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and develop solutions, manage LMS content, and support TEL projects across healthcare learning environments, using Articulate, Lectora and other tools.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in teaching and learning
• TAP certificate in elearning design
• GCSE maths and English (C/5+)
• Evidence of CPD

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deliver and evaluate blended learning
• Create learning content using digital tools, including e-learning, videos, webinars
• Deliver face-to-face, virtual and online training
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning needs
• Lead TEL projects with clear objectives and timely delivery
• Manage and publish content in the Trust's LMS and platforms
• Quality assure content against policy and accessibility standards
• Advise on learning technologies to promote accessible learning
