Job summary

Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust seeks a Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) Trainer to design, deliver and evaluate blended learning for staff, students and volunteers across the Trust. You will work with SMEs to apply the full training cycle and create high-quality digital and face-to-face learning solutions.

The role combines instructional design, content creation, project management and training delivery, with a focus on accessibility and patient care outcomes within a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in teaching and learning or equivalent
• TAP Certificate in eLearning design or equivalent
• GCSE Maths and English (A-C/5 or above)
• Evidence of ongoing professional development

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deliver and evaluate TEL and blended learning solutions
• Create engaging content using digital tools (eLearning, videos, webinars)
• Deliver face-to-face and online training programmes
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop solutions
• Lead TEL projects with clear objectives and timely delivery
• Manage, publish and audit content in the LMS and other platforms
• Quality assure content for accessibility, policies and learning objectives
• Provide expert guidance on learning technologies and accessibility
