Job summary

Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust is seeking a proactive Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) Trainer to join the Organisational Development Team. You will design, develop, deliver and evaluate blended learning solutions, including e-learning, videos and virtual sessions, to support staff, students and volunteers.

You will apply the full training cycle, collaborate with SMEs, and lead TEL projects to deliver high-quality learning that improves patient care and staff capability, in a supportive NHS

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in relevant teaching and learning field
• TAP certificate in elearning design or equivalent
• GCSE (or equivalent) Maths & English at grade C/5 or above
• Evidence of continuous professional development

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deliver and evaluate high-quality TEL and blended learning solutions
• Create engaging learning content using digital and multimedia tools (e-learning, videos, webinars)
• Deliver face-to-face, virtual and online training programmes
• Work with SMEs to identify learning needs and develop effective solutions
• Lead TEL projects with clear objectives and timely delivery
• Manage and publish content within the Trust's LMS and NHS Learning Hub
• Review and quality assure learning content to align with policies and objectives
