Job summary

Mulberry, a British luxury lifestyle brand, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead technology, digital and business transformation initiatives supporting turnaround and growth.

You will manage multiple concurrent projects across digital commerce, retail technology, and core systems, partnering with stakeholders, technology teams and third-party partners. PRINCE2/PMP preferred; flexible delivery approaches include Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale technology, digital transformation or business change projects.
• Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle and benefits realisation.
• Experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology and business change projects.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with scope, budget and timelines.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery approaches.
• Drive accountability across cross-functional teams, suppliers and partners.
• Establish governance, reporting and decision-making structures.
• Coordinate testing activities and business readiness.
