Job summary

Fortnum & Mason plc is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives across Customer Experience and Data. You will coordinate internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.

The role requires 5-10+ years of project management experience in retail/hospitality settings, excellent stakeholder management, and strong knowledge of retail platforms.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of project management experience in cross-functional retail/hospitality projects.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time, on budget and to scope.
• Strong stakeholder management across business and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, milestones, dependencies and critical path.
• Manage internal and third-party resources to deliver outcomes.
• Maintain RAID log and escalate risks to Leadership Team.
• Ensure testing/UAT strategies and successful service transition.
