Job summary

Fortnum & Mason is seeking a Project Manager to lead digital transformation across Customer Experience Solutions and Data. You will manage strategic projects and CI initiatives, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while navigating evolving Fortnum’s digital landscape.

This role requires 5–10+ years in cross-functional project management within retail or hospitality, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive benefits realisation across multiple teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years' experience in project management across cross-functional teams.
• Proven delivery of strategic and CI projects in retail or hospitality.
• Experience with Retail or Hospitality Systems is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and budget control.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for day-to-day project management of deliverables, on time, to quality and budget.
• Plan and organise resources (internal and third-party) as appropriate.
• Work with Lead Digital Transformation Managers to understand interdependencies and risks.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and vendors.
• Deliver projects in line with the transformation lifecycle and adoption.
• Manage RAID log and ensure budgeting and reporting.
