Job summary

Mulberry is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead CRM and Email activities across the UK and global markets. You’ll drive revenue, retention, and CAC improvements while growing all digital channels in line with business goals.

You will manage agency partners, forecast traffic, develop CRM strategies and execute lifecycle campaigns, collaborating with creative teams to optimise messaging and landing pages for maximum performance.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar digital marketing role across multiple channels.
  • Proficiency in campaign analytics and data reporting (Excel/Sheets; BI tools a plus).
  • Experience in ESP and CRM tools such as Bloomreach.
  • Proven experience delivering customer lifecycle strategies across digital channels.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns across regions.
  • Collaborative and proactive with excellent communication in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in managing a team or individuals.

Responsibilities

  • Support Head of Digital Marketing in developing, managing and executing the digital marketing strategy across regions.
  • Forecast channel traffic, demand and efficiency aligned with forecasts.
  • Manage external agencies, ensuring delivery of channel strategy and performance.
  • Deliver on revenue targets across CRM & email, aligned with forecasts.
  • Plan, set up and execute email campaigns based on promotional calendars and launches.
  • Manage and optimise email campaigns and flows for customer retention.
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance retention and engagement.
  • Assist with strategies to convert non-loyalty customers and grow lifetime value.
  • Provide regular reporting to drive growth across channels; analyse campaign data to optimise KPIs.
  • Collaborate with creative/content teams to test ad messaging and landing pages.
  • Monitor campaign tracking, attribution and performance across markets.

The Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to play a key role in driving growth across CRM & Email activity in the UK and global markets. This is a pivotal role in the business driving M.com revenue, growing customer retention, improving CAC and growing all digital marketing channels in line with business goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the Head of Digital Marketing in the development, management and execution of the Mulberry digital marketing strategy across key regions.
  • Supporting Head of Digital Marketing with forecasting channel traffic, demand and efficiency is aligned with forecasting.
  • Management of external agencies, ensuring delivery of channel strategy and performance.
  • Deliver on revenue targets across CRM & email ensuring performance is aligned with forecasts, and including other channels as required.
  • Plan, set up and execute Email campaigns based on promotional calendar, launches and key focuses weekly.
  • Manage and optimize effective email campaigns and flows aimed at customer retention, for example welcome series, re-activations, etc.
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer retention and engagement.
  • Assist with develop strategies to convert non-loyalty customers, drive engagement, lifetime value and customer retention.
  • Manage daily, weekly, monthly reporting to deliver growth across marketing channels, as required.
  • Analyse campaign data to drive ongoing optimisation across email — improving KPIs such as OR, CTR, Engagement time, CVR, revenue per email, AOV, etc.
  • Seek opportunities to drive growth and optimize performance across marketing channels.
  • Monitor and maintain campaign tracking, attribution, and performance accuracy across all markets.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to test and refine ad messaging, creative formats, and landing pages for maximum performance.

Skills and Experience Required:
  • Experience in a similar digital marketing role, ideally with hands-on experience across multiple marketing channels.
  • Proficiency in campaign analytics and data reporting (Excel/Google Sheets essential; experience with BI tools a plus).
  • Experience in ESP and CRM tools such as Bloomreach.
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering customer lifecycle strategies across digital marketing channels.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns across regions.
  • Collaborative and proactive, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in managing a team or individual.
