Job summary

Mulberry is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to drive growth across CRM and Email activity in the UK and global markets. This pivotal role focuses on driving M.com revenue, increasing customer retention, reducing CAC, and expanding all digital marketing channels in line with business goals.

You will support the Head of Digital Marketing in strategy development, manage external agencies, and execute Email campaigns aligned with the promotional calendar weekly.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar digital marketing role across multiple channels.
  • Proficiency in campaign analytics and data reporting (Excel/Google Sheets essential; BI tools a plus).
  • Experience in ESP and CRM tools such as Bloomreach.
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering customer lifecycle strategies across digital marketing channels.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns across regions.
  • Collaborative and proactive with excellent communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in managing a team or individuals.

Responsibilities

  • Support Head of Digital Marketing with the development and execution of the UK and global digital marketing strategy.
  • Forecast channel traffic, demand and efficiency aligned with forecasts.
  • Manage external agencies to deliver channel strategy and performance.
  • Deliver revenue targets across CRM & email and other channels as required.
  • Plan and execute Email campaigns based on calendar, launches, and key focuses weekly.
  • Manage and optimize email campaigns and flows for customer retention (welcome series, reactivations, etc.).
  • Develop CRM strategies to boost retention and engagement.
  • Convert non-loyalty customers, drive engagement and lifetime value.
  • Provide daily/weekly/monthly reporting to track growth across channels.
  • Analyze campaign data to improve KPIs (OR, CTR, Engagement time, CVR, revenue per email, AOV).
  • Seek opportunities to grow and optimize across marketing channels.
  • Monitor campaign tracking, attribution, and performance across markets.
  • Collaborate with creative/content teams to test ad messaging, formats, and landing pages.

The Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to play a key role in driving growth across CRM & Email activity in the UK and global markets. This is a pivotal role in the business driving M.com revenue, growing customer retention, improving CAC and growing all digital marketing channels in line with business goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the Head of Digital Marketing in the development, management and execution of the Mulberry digital marketing strategy across key regions.
  • Supporting Head of Digital Marketing with forecasting channel traffic, demand and efficiency is aligned with forecasting.
  • Management of external agencies, ensuring delivery of channel strategy and performance.
  • Deliver on revenue targets across CRM & email ensuring performance is aligned with forecasts, and including other channels as required.
  • Plan, set up and execute Email campaigns based on promotional calendar, launches and key focuses weekly.
  • Manage and optimize effective email campaigns and flows aimed at customer retention, for example welcome series, re-activations, etc.
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer retention and engagement.
  • Assist with develop strategies to convert non-loyalty customers, drive engagement, lifetime value and customer retention.
  • Manage daily, weekly, monthly reporting to deliver growth across marketing channels, as required.
  • Analyse campaign data to drive ongoing optimisation across email — improving KPIs such as OR, CTR, Engagement time, CVR, revenue per email, AOV, etc.
  • Seek opportunities to drive growth and optimize performance across marketing channels.
  • Monitor and maintain campaign tracking, attribution, and performance accuracy across all markets.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to test and refine ad messaging, creative formats, and landing pages for maximum performance.
