Job summary

Reed Specialist Recruitment is seeking a Senior Process Technologist for a bustling food manufacturing site in South East London on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will drive product development from kitchen concept through factory trials to full-scale production, collaborating with NPD, Operations, Engineering and Technical teams.

The role requires strong project management, data analysis and the ability to translate recipes into scalable factory processes, with HACCP Level 2 preferred.

• Experience in process development within food manufacturing (2–3+ years).
• HACCP Level 2 certification.

We're looking for a Senior Process Technologist to join a busy and fast-paced food manufacturing environment on a 12-month fixed-term contract. If you thrive on seeing products move from concept to launch, enjoy working across multiple teams, and love solving problems, this could be your next challenge.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Senior Process Technologist, you'll be the driving force behind bringing exciting food products to life.

Working closely with teams across NPD, Operations, Engineering, Technical and Production, you'll ensure products move smoothly from kitchen concept through factory trials and into full-scale production.

No two days are the same. One day you might be coordinating factory trials, the next troubleshooting a process issue or presenting launch updates to customers.

Key Responsibilities
