Job summary

Copeland Limited is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Assembly Maintenance Department. The role focuses on fault diagnostics, maintenance of automated machinery, and developing preventive maintenance programmes to improve equipment performance.

You will troubleshoot and modify production equipment to enhance quality and output, and participate in continuous improvement activities across existing equipment. This position supports our global HVACR technology manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be a multi-skilled Maintenance Technician with 2-3 years experience of finding solutions to enhance equipment performance, preferably within an electrical or manufacturing background.
