We are currently seeking a Technician to join our dedicated team at the Braehead branch, covering Scotland nationwide for Wise Property Care. If you enjoy managing your own schedule and solving unique customer problems in person, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Technician Role

As a Technician, you will play a key part in delivering work for our customers on both domestic and commercial jobs. Key responsibilities include:

• Carrying out preservation works on site, such as stripping and replacing timber floors, door frames, architraves, and windows
• Supporting damp proofing and removal of wall coatings, including plaster, woodworm treatments, wall tie installation, and cavity drain membrane installation
• Offering valuable advice to customers and providing a high level of service
• Adhering to all risk assessments and health & safety measures on-site
• Ensuring sites are left clean and tidy
• Completing other tasks within the branch as required

Requirements

Technician Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points
• Experience as a Labourer or Tradesman within property or construction is advantageous
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs
• Potentially passing a DBS check depending on the role
