Job summary

The Compleat Food Group is seeking a detail‑oriented Technical Training Administrator to support the delivery of training across the business. You will work with the Technical Training Manager to coordinate the Training Academy, keeping records up to date and ensuring training plans meet compliance and auditing requirements.

Hybrid role based in the UK, with opportunities to develop through an online LMS platform and in-house training programmes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in training, learning and development, or administration role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience using LMS or training management systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Training Academy activities to meet timescales.
• Maintain accurate training records and learner data.
• Manage Highfield system: learner registrations, exams, certs, re-sits.
• Support sites with training plans and monitor compliance.
• Produce reports, KPIs and analysis to identify trends.
• Support audits with evidence of training compliance and effectiveness.
