Job summary

Elekta in Crawley seeks an experienced Training Programme Designer to design, develop, and deliver technical training for Elekta's radiotherapy product portfolio. You will run classroom and hands-on sessions and collaborate with Product Development, Global Service, and regional support teams to identify evolving training needs.

You will create training strategies, materials, assessments, and certifications, maintain learning resources, and audit regional trainers to ensure high training quality

Qualifications

• Higher education qualification in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related discipline.
• Strong engineering knowledge across electrical, electronic, mechanical, vacuum, radiation, and fault-finding principles.
• Experience supporting, installing, or maintaining complex radiotherapy or medical technology systems, preferably Elekta Unity MR-Linac or similar.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver technical training programmes for Elekta’s product portfolio.
• Deliver engaging classroom and hands-on training with assessments for internal and external learners.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Global Service, regional support teams, and field engineers to identify training needs.
• Develop training strategies and learning pathways for new product introductions and engineering updates.
• Create, maintain, and continuously improve training materials, documentation, and resources.
• Qualify, support, and audit regional technical trainers to ensure global training standards.
• Conduct training needs analyses and provide recommendations to support workforce capability development.
• Deliver training locally and internationally, with up to 10% travel to support business and customer needs.
