Job summary

Elekta in Crawley is seeking an Application Specialist to deliver expert training and on-site and remote application support for radiotherapy treatment and planning solutions. You will act as a trusted clinical and technical advisor, travelling to customer sites and contributing to product improvements.

You will bring a degree in radiography or related field, strong knowledge of radiotherapy workflows, and experience delivering healthcare training.

Qualifications

Degree in radiography or related field with radiotherapy experience.
Experience delivering clinical or software training in healthcare or medical technology.
Knowledge of radiotherapy treatment planning systems; Monaco experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Deliver training and application support across Elekta’s radiotherapy solutions, remotely and on-site.
Support customers through implementation, go-live and optimisation activities to maximise outcomes.
Evaluate training effectiveness and promote continuous learning and adoption.
Provide timely, professional support while meeting customer expectations and service commitments.
Build strong customer relationships and use feedback to enhance satisfaction.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D and Product Management to support customer and business needs.
Act as trusted advisor, sharing best practices and gathering customer insights for product improvements.
Support customer engagement activities like conferences and educational events, and help develop training materials.
