Job summary

MSI-Defence Systems Ltd in the United Kingdom seeks a Technical Trainer to develop and deliver training programs for MSI-designed Weapon Systems and related products. You will work with internal teams and customers to ensure staff have the knowledge and practical skills for installation, operation and maintenance, with sessions held at MSI facilities and customer sites across the UK and abroad.

This role combines classroom-based and hands-on training, involves collaboration with Project Managers

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven field service experience.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and diagnose faults.
• Strong computer literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver technical training courses for Weapon Systems and related MSI products.
• Act as Aftermarket SME for technical support queries.
• Prepare training materials, manuals and presentations.
• Conduct practical demonstrations and assessments of competence.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to align training with requirements.
• Produce accurate training reports and feedback documentation.
• Mentor new trainers and share best practices.
• Ensure health and safety standards during training activities.
