Job summary

BRE is seeking a Technical Training Designer to convert technical knowledge into clear, learner‑focused training for online, virtual, and classroom delivery. You will work with BRE experts to create engaging courses and continuously improve programmes for accessible, high‑quality learner experiences.

The role emphasizes instructional design, collaboration, and delivering training that helps individuals and organisations perform better, with mostly remote work and occasional head office meetings

Qualifications

• Proven ability to translate complex, technical content into engaging training.
• Experience designing learning content for digital, online and classroom delivery.
• Collaboration with subject matter experts to develop high-quality training materials.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training materials for online, virtual and in-person delivery.
• Translate complex topics into clear, learner-focused content.
• Collaborate with internal experts to shape learning solutions.
• Create scripts, storyboards and multimedia content for digital learning.
• Develop visual assets like graphics and diagrams for learning materials.
• Maintain and update training materials to stay accurate and relevant.
• Support development of new training products aligned with the Academy's roadmap.
• Suggest improvements to learning design approaches and tools.
• Identify customer learning needs and tailor training solutions.
