Job summary

Scania Group is seeking an experienced Technical Training Instructor for our Milton Keynes Academy. The role, based in Milton Keynes with hybrid working, involves delivering industry‑recognised training and bespoke courses for the Scania UK network, and developing our people with modern training methods.

You will work closely with the People Development team to ensure training aligns with standards and continuously enhances the curriculum.

Qualifications

• Experienced in delivering technical training to a broad audience.
• Automotive technical background with industry knowledge.
• Knowledge of current training methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging learning environments and develop competences.
• Deliver the latest technical training programmes with safety standards.
• Work with the People Development team to integrate new courses.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training across topics.
• Utilise varied training methods for all learning styles.
• Provide feedback and mentorship to delegates.
