Aligra Personnel Ltd is seeking a Training professional to join our automotive learning centre in Milton Keynes as a Factory Approved Technical Trainer. You will deliver hands-on workshop, classroom, virtual, and live broadcast training across multiple brands during a structured 12-month development programme.

Qualifications

• Relevant technical qualifications (City & Guilds Levels 1-3, NVQ or equivalent).
• Strong expertise in vehicle diagnostics and electrics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
• Ability to commute daily to Milton Keynes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on workshop, classroom, virtual, and live broadcast training sessions.
• Develop and update training content, including new-model launches.
• Inspire technicians across all experience levels through mentorship and events.
