Scania GB is seeking an experienced Technical Training Instructor to join our Milton Keynes Training Academy. You will deliver industry recognised training, both theory and practical, and develop bespoke courses designed for our Scania UK network.

This role is based in our brand-new learning facility and focuses on developing our people to deliver outstanding service. You will deliver training across a wide range of automotive topics, using blended approaches and ensuring health and safety

Formación

• Experience delivering industry recognised training.
• Ability to design bespoke courses for Scania UK network.
• Excellent knowledge of automotive industry trends and training practices.

Responsabilidades

• Create an engaging learning environment that motivates colleagues to develop competences, skills and behaviours.
• Deliver up-to-date technical training programmes, balancing theory and practical work while maintaining health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the People Development team to align training with new and existing standards.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programmes across a wide range of automotive topics, in person, remotely or blended.
• Utilise diverse training methods to match different learning styles and backgrounds.
• Foster an inclusive classroom and workshop atmosphere that encourages participation.
• Stay current with automotive technologies and industry trends to continually enhance the curriculum.
• Provide constructive feedback and mentoring to delegates to improve problem-solving abilities.
• Assess training effectiveness and implement improvements based on feedback and performance data.
