Within an established team, you will play a pivotal role in providing technical product training for employees and customers to ensure proper training aligned with development plans and business needs.

What's involved for the Technical Trainer…

• Provide technical and engineering training to support staff and customers
• Develop and deliver training programs for employees and customers
• Collaborate with management to determine training objectives
• Create high-quality training materials, including PowerPoint presentations, written handouts, and e-learning courses
• Schedule training sessions on operation, programming, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment
• Maintain and review training records annually; issue certificates promptly post-training
• Organize external training for engineers

What you'll need…

• Engineering background preferred but not essential
• Ability to interpret technical information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively at all levels

This is a full-time, permanent Technical Trainer role, working Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, with a 4:00 pm finish on Friday.
