Job summary

Keoghs LLP is seeking a Technical Supervisor to lead a team and meet development objectives. You will supervise, provide technical support, and train the team while maintaining a caseload of MOD NIHL matters.

The role requires experience in disease claims handling, NIHL sign-off, and full litigation knowledge, with strong communication and leadership skills. A focus on compliance and continuous improvement is essential.

Qualifications

Experience handling disease claims is essential.
Ability to sign-off on NIHL litigated matters with defined thresholds.
Proficient in all stages of the litigation process for disease claims.
Strong listening and verbal communication skills.
Experience leading projects or teams in insurance/legal sectors is desirable.
Ability to identify learning gaps and develop capability plans.
Proficient with MS Office and Case/Claims Management systems.

Responsibilities

Provide supervision, training and technical support to their team.
Continue to handle a reduced caseload.
Ensure compliance with benchmarks set by Keoghs and clients while driving settlement and quality.
Identify and implement learning activities for authority levels and development.
Ensure effective communication with the team at all times
Assist with reviewing client complaints and resolve issues swiftly.
Complete projects and process updates to improve practices.
Ensure compliance with the SRA Code of Conduct 2019.
