Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition across full cycle.
• Hands-on sourcing with social media, CV databases and professional networks; LinkedIn Recruiter emphasized.
• Direct collaboration with hiring managers and external agency partners.
• Familiar with ATS, candidate assessments, and onboarding processes.
• Education: A-Level or equivalent; strong communication, organisation and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Proactive external sourcing to map the market for engineering talent.
• Build long-term candidate pipelines for critical technical skills.
• Partner with technical hiring managers on needs, campaigns and assessments.
• Deliver a transparent candidate journey from first contact to onboarding.
• Collaborate with HR Resourcing and managers to promote internal mobility.
• Handle end-to-end administration: ads, postings, inquiries, and scheduling.
• Organise onboarding and ensure compliance across worker categories.
• Support ED&I and strengthen employer brand through recruitment practices.
• Monitor market trends and report data to drive improvements.
