Job summary

Envirogen is seeking a proactive Talent Sourcer for a 3-month fixed-term contract to support our Talent Acquisition function in the United Kingdom. You will build talent pipelines for current and future hiring across key functions and geographies while partnering with TA to understand future requirements.

The role focuses on passive candidate identification, initial outreach, and developing market intelligence to inform hiring strategies, with emphasis on accurate ATS records and collaboration

Qualifications

• Previous sourcing or recruitment experience, ideally within an in-house or agency environment.
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience building talent pipelines for specialist and professional roles.

Responsibilities

Temporary Talent Sourcer We are seeking a proactive Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition function on a 3 month FTC. The role will focus on building talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across key functions and geographies. Key responsibilities:

• Identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
• Conduct initial candidate outreach
• Develop talent maps and market intelligence to support hiring strategies
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS
• Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to understand future talent requirements
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives where required

It would be ideal if you had experience in:
