SSE plc is seeking a Resourcing Consultant for its Transmission business. The role involves leading end-to-end recruitment, delivering proactive sourcing and candidate engagement for specialist engineering and infrastructure talent, and partnering with Hiring Managers to drive better hiring decisions.

You will develop recruitment strategies, use market intelligence and direct sourcing to identify top candidates, and continuously improve recruitment processes for an exceptional candidate

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting within engineering, infrastructure, utilities, energy or similar technical sectors.
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end recruitment campaigns for specialist roles.
• Direct sourcing techniques, talent mapping and market research to engage passive candidates.
