South West Water is seeking a confident Recruitment Partner to join our team on a 9-month fixed-term contract at Exeter, hybrid working. You will deliver end-to-end recruitment across multiple vacancies, partnering with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent, while managing campaigns via our ATS.

You will source candidates directly on LinkedIn and other databases, build talent pipelines, and provide expert guidance throughout the process while using recruitment data to inform

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end recruitment across vacancies.
• Strong direct sourcing capability using LinkedIn and similar methods.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to drive hiring outcomes.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment tech.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment across a diverse range of vacancies and functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and create attraction/selection strategies.
• Manage campaigns through the ATS from requisition to offer.
• Source talent directly via LinkedIn, databases and proactive market engagement.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Provide expert guidance to hiring managers throughout the process.
• Use market insights to influence decisions and improve outcomes.
• Monitor activity, analyse data and ensure vacancies progress effectively.
