Job summary

CARAFFI is looking for world-class Talent Acquisition Partners to join an 8-week assignment with one of our largest clients. You will source unicorn candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, GitHub, and our networks, acting as a trusted partner to people leaders.

You will articulate client propositions, keep senior leaders informed with data and insights, and present weekly findings to directors and the C-Suite while representing Caraffi as a trusted ambassador.

Qualifications

• Experience communicating with stakeholders up to C-suite and director level.
• Proficient with ATS/CRM systems to manage pipelines and data.
• Strong Boolean and X-Ray searching to uncover niche talent.
• Experience pipelining talent in difficult markets.
• Superuser level of LinkedIn Recruiter for talent discovery.

Responsibilities

• Source unicorn candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, GitHub and networks.
• Articulate client propositions to candidates in a compelling way.
• Use data and market insights to keep senior leaders informed.
• Present weekly findings to directors and the C-Suite.
• Manage stakeholders and act as an ambassador for Caraffi.
