Job summary

Siemens in the UK is seeking a Technical Support Representative to join our Electrium Electrical Products team. This hybrid role split between Hindley Green office and remote work, focuses on providing technical product support and preparing customer quotations.

You will respond to enquiries via phone and email, record information in CRM, and work with colleagues to identify project opportunities while continuously developing technical knowledge and delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Electrical qualification such as ONC, HNC, BTEC, Degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics or customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Providing technical support and guidance to customers across a range of electrical products and applications.
• Responding to customer enquiries via telephone, email and other communication channels.
• Preparing and issuing customer quotations using internal pricing tools.
• Recording and maintaining customer and project information within CRM systems.
• Supporting the identification and tracking of project opportunities.
• Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues to deliver the best possible customer experience.
• Supporting wider team activities and contributing to shared goals and objectives.
• Participating in ongoing training to develop product, application and industry knowledge.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and helping drive service excellence.
