Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Technical Support Representative for the Electrium line. This hybrid role works from Hindley Green and supports customers with technical product guidance across electrical products, while preparing quotations and maintaining CRM records.

You will collaborate across teams to identify opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to service excellence through continuous improvement and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written communication with customers.
• Able to understand and explain technical information clearly.
• Experience with CRM and quotation processes.
• Good IT skills and Office applications knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical product support to customers across electrical products.
• Respond to enquiries by telephone, email and other channels.
• Prepare and issue customer quotations using internal pricing tools.
• Record and maintain customer and project information in CRM systems.
• Support identification and tracking of project opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues for best service.
• Support wider team activities and share goals and objectives.
• Participate in ongoing training to grow product, application and industry knowledge.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and drive service excellence.
