Responsibilities
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for gate automation and access control systems. This will include offering support over the phone, using email and in person. You will interact with customers to resolve issues, provide technical advice and deliver training in the installation of gate, access control and IP/Digital security systems. You will also be required assist staff members with technical queries when needed.
Qualifications & Skills
Please note: This is not a general IT support role. We are looking for someone with practical, hands-on experience supporting automated gates, access control systems, intercoms, or similar field-based equipment. This role involves assisting trade customers in programming and troubleshooting, not desktop or network support.
