Qualifications

• Master Technician or equivalent experience.
• Strong diagnostic, electrical and fault-finding capability.
• Hybrid and EV experience highly desirable.
• Full UK driving licence.

• Master Technician Qualification or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support to dealerships across your territory.
• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical and software issues.
• Manage multiple open technical cases via the manufacturer system.
• Liaise with engineering teams to drive root cause and permanent resolution.
• Support Warranty, Quality and Customer Experience functions.
• Deliver hands-on technical training and dealer workshops.
• Assist in producing technical bulletins and troubleshooting documentation.
