TECHNICAL SUPPORT MANAGER - GLOBAL LEADING FLAT ROOFING & WATERPROOFING MANUFACTURER - SOUTH WEST

About the Role

Exciting opportunity to join a global leading brand within the Flat Roofing product sector, focusing on Waterproofing membranes, Single Ply, Green roofing, Hot melt, and Felts, aligned for both New Build and Refurbishment projects. The company offers excellent training, a strong market reputation, and opportunities for personal and career progression.

Responsibilities

• Work with the client's range of approved contractors to promote flat roofing products.
• Produce site surveys and measurements.
• Act as the point of contact for technical issues/questions during live projects, working closely with Site Technicians.
• Maintain regular contact with sales and project teams to assist with technical enquiries and provide product and installation support.

Location & Travel

This is a field-based role managing site visits across the South West area. Candidates should reside within a reasonable distance from Wiltshire or Bristol. Candidates from Devon, Cornwall, Dorset, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, or Somerset will also be considered.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking candidates who have experience working on the tools within the roofing sector and are looking to transition into a permanent role, or candidates with contract/site management experience seeking a new challenge in flat roofing. In-depth product training will be provided.
