Position: Technical Support Engineer (PHP-based application)

Fully remote

Do you have experience supporting and troubleshooting PHP-based applications, such as Zend Framework, across Linux and Windows environments?

Our client is a highly reputable software company, with clients including NASA, Electronic Arts, Samsung, and Tesla.

We are seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer with expertise supporting PHP applications, especially Zend Framework.

In this role, you will provide technical support for our client's environment, working on both Linux and Windows servers. Database experience, especially on mainframes, is a plus but not essential.

What does your day look like?

• Represent our client as the first point of contact
• Assist customers with your PHP expertise
• Diagnose and troubleshoot performance and integration issues
• Technical skills: 5+ years in tech support, hands-on experience with PHP technologies, Linux and Windows server experience, basic networking and shell scripting
