Position: Technical Support Engineer (PHP-based application)

Company: Global Software company specializing in DevOps, version control, and security

Location: Fully remote

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer with expertise in supporting and troubleshooting PHP-based applications, such as Zend Framework, across Linux and Windows environments.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years in technical support
• Hands-on experience with PHP-related technologies
• Experience with Linux and Windows servers
• Basic networking and shell scripting skills

In this role, you will:

• Serve as the first point of contact for our client
• Assist customers by demonstrating your PHP expertise
• Diagnose and troubleshoot performance and integration issues
