Cyber Talent Limited is hiring a Technical Support Engineer in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on owning and resolving complex technical issues for international customers within large Microsoft environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical support role, ideally in software, consultancy, systems integration, or working with external customers.
• Strong troubleshooting ability and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft stack, including IIS, SQL Server, and Azure.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, virtualization, networking (TCP/IP), and case management tools, ideally Jenkins.
• Desirable experience with PKI, firewalls, Entra, JavaScript or scripting, mobile technology, Salesforce, and PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Own and resolve complex technical issues for international customers.
• Support enterprise-scale, multi-tier Microsoft environments.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot high-impact production issues, often remotely.
• Collaborate directly with our Development teams to deliver fixes.
• Contribute to product improvement and customer experience.
• Participate in an on-call rota on a 1 in 8 week basis.
