IMT Resourcing Solutions in Cheltenham is seeking a Senior Support Engineer to provide 3rd line support across a varied customer base, focusing on Microsoft 365, Azure, and on-premises infrastructure. Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Senior Support Engineer, 3rd Line Engineer or Infrastructure Support role.
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Experience supporting Azure environments.
• Knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Strong networking fundamentals.
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Excellent troubleshooting and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritise multiple technical issues.
