Descrizione del lavoro

Equans in City of Westminster seeks a Technical Supervisor to lead a team of engineers delivering building engineering services. You will supervise static and mobile engineers, oversee planned preventative, reactive and statutory maintenance, and ensure work aligns with contractual KPIs.

You will manage RAMS, PPE, and equipment, maintain CAFM records, and support on-call rota while building strong customer relationships.

Competenze

Qualified multi-skilled engineer with relevant engineering experience.
Experience leading a large engineering or facilities team.
Strong knowledge of building services and statutory compliance.
Experience managing planned, reactive and statutory maintenance.
Experience supervising subcontractors and service providers.
SC Clearance is required or advantageous.

Mansioni

Lead and coordinate a team of static and mobile engineers.
Manage the delivery of planned preventative, reactive and corrective maintenance.
Ensure work is completed in line with KPIs, SLAs and output specifications.
Coordinate statutory maintenance and technical compliance activities.
Provide engineering support during emergencies and operational incidents.
Maintain accurate records in the CAFM system.
Monitor team performance, productivity and service quality.
Supervise subcontractors and specialist providers.
Ensure RAMS, PPE, test equipment and technical appointments are managed.
Participate in 24/7 maintenance/on-call rotations.
