Job summary

Equans in City of Westminster seeks a Technical Supervisor to lead a team of engineers delivering building engineering services. You will supervise static and mobile engineers, oversee planned preventative, reactive and statutory maintenance, and ensure work aligns with contractual KPIs.

You will manage RAMS, PPE, and equipment, maintain CAFM records, and support on-call rota while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Qualified multi-skilled engineer with relevant engineering experience.
• Experience leading a large engineering or facilities team.
• Strong knowledge of building services and statutory compliance.
• Experience managing planned, reactive and statutory maintenance.
• Experience supervising subcontractors and service providers.
• SC Clearance is required or advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Participate in 24/7 maintenance/on-call rotations.
