Job summary

Equans is seeking a Site Maintenance Manager to join our team in Central London on a 1-year fixed-term contract (40 hours per week). You will support the Technical Project Manager, provide guidance on Mechanical, Electrical and Fire systems, and coordinate with other disciplines to maintain contract standards.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, experience in building services, and knowledge of CDM 2015 regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical management within building services is required.
• Knowledge of CDM 2015 regulations is preferred.
• Strong organisational and customer service delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Technical Project Manager with technical performance and maintenance of contract standards.
• Provide expert guidance on Mechanical, Electrical and Fire systems ensuring compliant and efficient solutions.
• Manage technical issues and coordinate other disciplines when required.
• Work with operational leads to improve service delivery aligned with output specifications.
