Job/Client Overview

The Summit One campus is a corporate client HQ consisting of 3 main office buildings and a small number of satellite buildings inc. A vehicle workshop and two multi-level car parks. The role sits within a team of 8 M&E trades and Handymen supported by an on-site management & admin teamproviding a wide range of facilities services to our client. PPM & Reactive works are predominantly transmitted via a CAFM system by a central helpdesk and received and administered via a hand held device. The variety of tasks and priorities encounteredmake it necessary for allengineersto be very flexible, physically fit and customer focused. Some overtime will be required at times and will be shared amongst the team as appropriate. You will be required to join the Callout rota covering reactive works outside of normal working hours. The rota averages 1 week in 6 at present.

Service is also provided to a limited degree, remotely to our corporate clients Training Academy at Wokefield Park, approx. 30 miles away from the main site. A pool vehicle is available to facilitate travel between sites

Main Responsibilities

• Facilitate and operate around the site using strong and effective management skills.
• Ability to utilise your operational knowledge in Planned Preventive Maintenance, Remedial and Reactive Works.
• Playing a key role in the audit process you will be experienced in management information, operational finance and reporting.
• Engaging and managing key stakeholder relationships including managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Operating on Maximo, the CAFM system used as well as supporting softwares to manage day to day tasks.
  
  

What Were Looking For

• Extensive experience as a Facilities or Operations Supervisor/Manager
• Strong trade background within Electrical Bias or Mechanical to a Level 3 or equivalent standard.
• IT and Computer literate on CAFM systems and Office packages.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills to operate closely with the client.
