Motor Claims Team Leader - Fully Remote - £40,000 - £55,000 DOE

Robert Half are looking a Motor Claims Team Leader to join a rapidly growing business within their claims handling team.

The role will be 100% remote

Required experience

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in motor claims
• A background working in Liability Claims team or working within the Loss Adjusting/ Legal field managing Liability claims
• 5+ years of management experience with a preference for experience managing in a remote environment

Duties

• Manage the day to day operations of a team of motor adjusters managing a mix of accounts
• Looking after your own caseload and overseeing larger losses and contentious cases
• Implement and maintain best practices for claims handling
• Monitor and analyse claims data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for process improvement
• Serve as a resource for escalated claims
