About the job: Mortgage Network Compliance Supervisor

Mortgage Network Compliance Supervisor (Remote)

We are seeking a Mortgage Supervisor with strong knowledge and experience in supporting brokers to achieve and maintain CAS, including file review processes and regulations to join our growing team in the UK.

The successful candidate will oversee and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements governing mortgage lending activities. With a focus on integrity and attention to detail, this individual will safeguard our clients' interests and uphold our organisation's reputation.

This is a full-time, permanent position working remotely from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Support advisers in achieving and maintaining Competent Adviser Status (CAS)
• Participate in training and induction of mortgage and equity release advisers
• Increase awareness and ensure compliance with equity release regulations
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and monitor business standards
• Review mortgage, insurance, and equity release cases; provide feedback on risks, shortfalls, or potential fraud
• Conduct 121 meetings to ensure KPIs are met
• Handle adviser queries via phone and email
• Monitor AR CPD records and provide feedback
• Review sales promotions and documentation; offer guidance
• Serve as the point of contact for customer complaints
• Identify opportunities for process, systems, or document improvements
• Maintain knowledge of FCA regulatory requirements
• Supervise a team of mortgage advisers
• Review mortgage, protection, and equity release files according to process and requirements
• Provide coaching and mentoring
• Handle difficult conversations professionally
• Manage customer complaints effectively
