Our Team: Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.

Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.

The new team has three locations: the Motorsport Competence Center of Audi in Neuburg (Germany), considered one of the most modern in Europe; the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), known for innovative technologies; and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center in the UK, operational this year. Our Power Unit is from Neuburg, while Hinwil handles chassis development and race operations.

The position for the Audi F1 Project is based at Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg (Germany).

In the Energy Recovery System (ERS) division, you will work with the department management team on developing and testing key components that enhance power unit performance and competitiveness.

This position starts from January 1, 2026.

Your Mission

• Support the ERS department head as an interface between development departments and workshop
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing ERS development projects (including monitoring)
• Help in budget planning for ERS projects
• Coordinate test and deployment planning for ERS components across departments
• Assist in planning assembly of components with responsible teams
• Contribute to optimizing development processes and methods
• Analyze technical data and prepare progress reports
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

Your Profile

• Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or similar
• Experience in motorsport or electric drive system development, with project management skills
• Development experience in electric drive systems for motorsport
• Strong organizational skills and team spirit
• Analytical thinking and structured working approach
• Passion for motorsport and innovative tech, with high commitment
• Fluent in German or English; willingness to learn the other language
