Our Team: Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has three locations: the Motorsport Competence Center of Audi in Neuburg (Germany), considered one of the most modern in Europe; the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), known for innovative technologies; and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center in the UK, operational this year. Our Power Unit is from Neuburg, while Hinwil develops the chassis and manages race operations.

The position for the Audi F1 Project is based at Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg, Germany.
In the Energy Recovery System (ERS) division, you will work as part of the department management team on developing and testing key components that enhance power unit performance and competitiveness.
This position is available from January 1, 2026.
