Job Description:

Join the Audi F1 Project, competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026. The project involves multiple locations including Neuburg (Germany), Hinwil (Switzerland), and the UK, focusing on power unit development, chassis, and race operations.

We are seeking a Support Specialist to work within the Energy Recovery System (ERS) division at Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg, Germany. The role involves supporting the ERS department in development and testing of key components, project planning, coordination, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. The position begins on January 1, 2026.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist the ERS department head as an interface between development teams and workshop
• Coordinate and support development projects, including planning and monitoring
• Support budget planning for ERS projects
• Plan and coordinate testing and deployment of ERS components
• Assist in assembly planning and process optimization
• Analyze technical data and prepare progress reports
• Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards

Your Profile:

• Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or related field
• Experience in motorsport or electric drive system development, project management/coordination
• Development experience with electric drive systems for motorsport or similar environment
• Strong organizational and team skills
• Analytical thinker with a structured approach
• Passion for motorsport and innovative technologies
• Proficiency in German or English; willingness to learn the other language
