Join the Audi F1 Project, competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026. Our team has locations in Neuburg (Germany), Hinwil (Switzerland), and the UK, focusing on various aspects of Formula 1 technology and development.

We are looking for a support specialist to work within our Energy Recovery System (ERS) division at Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg, Germany. This role involves supporting the department management with project coordination, planning, and testing of key ERS components that enhance power unit performance and competitiveness.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Support the ERS department head as an interface between development teams and workshop.
2. Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing ERS development projects.
3. Help in budget planning for ERS projects.
4. Coordinate testing and deployment planning for ERS components.
5. Assist in planning the assembly of components with responsible teams.
6. Contribute to optimizing development processes and methods.
7. Analyze technical data and prepare progress reports.
8. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Your Profile:

1. Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field.
2. Experience in motorsport or electric drive system development, especially in project management or coordination.
3. Development experience with electric drive systems for motorsport or similar environments.
4. Strong organizational skills and team spirit.
5. Analytical thinking and structured working approach.
