Join the Audi F1 Project, competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026. Our team is based across three locations: Neuburg (Germany), Hinwil (Switzerland), and the UK. We are seeking a Energy Recovery System (ERS) Support Specialist at Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg, Germany, starting January 1, 2026.

Your role involves supporting the ERS department in developing and testing key components, coordinating development projects, managing budgets, planning tests, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. You will work closely with various departments and contribute to the high-performance environment of Formula 1 racing.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the ERS department head as an interface between development teams and workshops
• Planning and coordinating development projects and testing activities
• Assisting in budget planning and resource allocation
• Participating in process optimization and data analysis

Qualifications:

• Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field
• Experience in motorsport or electric drive system development
