Job Description:

Our team is part of the Audi F1 Project, which will compete in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship starting in 2026. The project involves multiple locations, including Neuburg (Germany), Hinwil (Switzerland), and the UK. The Energy Recovery System (ERS) division in Neuburg is seeking a support specialist to work with the department management on developing and testing key components to enhance power unit performance.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the ERS department head as an interface between development departments and workshops
• Planning, coordinating, and implementing ERS development projects
• Assisting in budget planning for ERS projects
• Supporting cross-departmental testing and deployment of ERS components
• Coordinating assembly planning with responsible teams
• Participating in process and method optimization
• Analyzing technical data and preparing reports
• Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards

Candidate Profile:

• Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field
• Experience in motorsport or electric drive system development
• Project management experience in electric drive systems
• Strong organizational skills and team spirit
