Welcome to the Audi F1 Project. Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026. The new team has three locations: the Motorsport Competence Center of Audi in Neuburg (Germany), the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center in the UK, which will be operational this year.
Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations. We are looking for a Technical Staff Support Specialist to work in the Energy Recovery System (ERS) division at Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg, starting January 1, 2026.
Your responsibilities include supporting the ERS department head, coordinating development projects, assisting in budget planning, planning test and deployment of ERS components, coordinating assembly planning, optimizing development processes, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with standards.
Ideal candidates will have a degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field, experience in motorsport or electric drive systems, strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, passion for motorsport and technology, and proficiency in German or English.
