Our Team: Welcome to the Audi F1 Project. Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026. The new team has three locations: Neuburg (Germany), Hinwil (Switzerland), and the UK. Our Power Unit is developed in Neuburg, with chassis and race operations in Hinwil and the UK.

We are looking for a Technical Staff Support Specialist to work in the Energy Recovery System (ERS) division at Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg, Germany. This role involves supporting the ERS department in development, testing, project coordination, and process optimization to enhance power unit performance for racing.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support the ERS department head as an interface among development teams and workshops
• Assist in planning and coordinating ERS development projects
• Help manage budgets for ERS projects
• Coordinate testing and deployment planning for ERS components
• Plan assembly of components with responsible teams
• Contribute to process and method improvements
• Analyze technical data and prepare progress reports
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

Your Profile:

• Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or similar
• Experience in motorsport or electric drive systems development
• Strong organizational skills and team spirit
• Analytical and structured working approach
