Our team welcomes you to the Audi F1 Project. Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026. The new team has three locations: the Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany), the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center in the UK, which will be operational this year. Our Power Unit originates from Neuburg, while Hinwil handles chassis development and race operations.

The position in the Audi F1 Project is based at Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg, Germany.
In the Energy Recovery System (ERS) division, you will work as part of the department management team on the development and testing of key components that enhance the power unit’s performance and contribute to competitiveness.
This position is available starting January 1, 2026.
